In- School Consulting
Consulting Packages
Our consulting packages are flexible and designed in conjunction with the school leadership team based on the school’s needs, priorities and goals. These packages could consist of a combination of different consulting approaches, these include; coaching and mentoring leaders and/or teachers, working with leadership teams or teaching teams, delivering whole-school professional learning, delivering demonstration lessons to model best practice and supporting with the data analysis/improvement process.
Professional Learning Workshops
All of our Professional Learning Workshops are delivered by both Taryn & Nikki. The focus of these workshops is negotiated with the school leadership team and based on the individual school’s needs and priorities. Some of our most popular focus areas for Professional Learning are Victorian Curriculum 2.0, Maths Mindset, The Mathematical Proficiencies, Student Learning Dispositions, Rich Tasks and the implementation of a whole-school Maths Instructional Model. All of our professional learning workshops are interactive and hands-on to promote engagement, understanding and maximum participation. Our workshops can be delivered as one off workshops, half/full day workshops or a series of workshops over several weeks.
Coaching Sessions
Our coaching packages are flexibly designed to support leaders or teachers at their point of need. This service provides an ongoing support system to build leadership and/or teaching capacity based on evidence-informed practices. We will work with the individual and leadership team to develop a coaching action plan that includes individualised goals that are aligned with the school’s priorities and a combination of collaborative coaching approaches.
