2. Services Offered
Limitless Maths offers a range of services including:
Maths Workshops for Students: We provide engaging and educational math workshops for students.
School Incursions: Our school incursions offer hands-on math learning experiences.
Professional Learning for Teachers: We offer professional development opportunities for educators.
Teaching Resources: We sell a variety of teaching resources to support math education. Please note that these resources are intended for use by a single teacher and their class only.
Maths Product Boxes: Explore our curated math product boxes for interactive learning.
*Please note that the availability of these services may vary and is subject to change at our discretion.

3. Payment
Payment for our workshops, resources, and boxes is required upfront in AUD (Australian Dollars). All prices are in AUD and are subject to applicable taxes.

4. Refund Policy
We offer the following refund policy for our workshops, professional learning, and incursions:
        •       Full refunds will be provided if 48 hours or more notice is given for cancellations.
        •       If you cancel with at least 24 hours notice, we will offer credits for future use.

5. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

6. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
        •       Using teaching resources purchased from Limitless Maths for your personal use and the use of your class only.
        •       Not distributing or sharing these teaching resources with other individuals or entities.

7. Intellectual Property
All content provided by Limitless Maths, including but not limited to text, images, and logos, is protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, distribution, or sharing of our teaching resources is prohibited.

8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at our discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms and Conditions, including the unauthorized distribution of our teaching resources.

9. Disclaimer
Our services are provided “as is,” and we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of our services for any purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria.

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to review them periodically for changes.

13. Returns and Replacements for Faulty Items
For products without a manufacturer’s warranty, we will replace faulty items if we have stock available. Please notify us within 30 days of receiving the faulty item. Upon receiving the faulty item, we will work to replace it, subject to product availability.

*Please ensure that you return the faulty item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation, to facilitate the replacement process.

14. Manufacturer’s Warranty
Products sold by Limitless Maths may come with a manufacturer’s warranty. The terms and conditions of these warranties are determined by the manufacturer and are included with the product. Limitless Maths is not responsible for the manufacturer’s warranty, but we will assist you in contacting the manufacturer for warranty claims as needed.

*In the event of any discrepancy between the manufacturer’s warranty and our Terms and Conditions, the manufacturer’s warranty shall prevail for warranty-related matters.
